My path to family mediation is grounded in over 20 years of communications experience, including broadcast journalism, copywriting, and public relations.

Whether managing a fast-paced newsroom or presenting to high-profile clients, one thing has always been clear to me: communication has the power to shape outcomes.

That belief has guided me to this next chapter in family mediation.

I truly believe that effective communication is at the core of resolving conflict. It builds mutual understanding, encourages productive dialogue, and creates space for peaceful, durable solutions.

I’m passionate about helping families resolve challenges through respectful communication and move forward without the cost and conflict of going to court.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

I’m an accredited Family Mediator, Acc.FM, with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (OAFM).

I hold a Master of Journalism degree from American University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
